We celebrate Burns, St Patrick, Easter, but not our very own Saint!!

Well this year that changes!

To be honest as of now I have no idea how it will pan out.

In my mind I see a magnificent Beef Wellington being presented to our guests to the sound of  Trumpets.

Lashings of mead

Squires reciting Shakespeare

Battles with fire breathing dragons

Serving wenches

Jesters

okay not dragons, serving wenches and Jesters but you get the idea.

Any thoughts on content would be massively appreciated. But most importantly book your table to be part of a new tradition being created in front of your very eyes.
