It is with a heavy heart I need to let you know about the sudden and unexpected death of our previous head chef Ade McBrearty.
A larger than life character that not only filled your plate with food but your heart with joy!
He leaves behind his son Liam, also once a chef here, and daughters Connie and Lily. To whom we pass on our heartfelt condolences.
His funeral is 2:30 on Friday 3rd February at Breakspear Crematorium, Breakspear Road, Ruislip, HA4 4SJ
with the wake at Tirchonaillgaels club in Greenford afterwards.
We will be gathering here at The Olive to raise a glass, tell stories and generally remember this great man on Monday 6th from 6pm. All that knew him are welcome.
